englanti Wagner Moura and Ana de Armas are a good duo. Especially Ana is nice to look at, if we’re being honest. The script, however, is unfortunately rather boring. One would think that a UN diplomat would go through some intense experience, but the screenwriter underestimated it a bit, so the two hours of politics in this film almost bored me to death. A pity. englanti Sergio is a strange political/romantic drama with several shocking scenes (chopping off feet). The story jumps between the liberation of East Timor and explosions in Baghdad with several alarming hints that can be interpreted in all sorts of ways and that open up a lot of space for conspiracy theory aficionados. In terms of acting, the film is faultless; Moura and Ana de Armas are both excellent. The locations that they visit are a sight for sore eyes, just like Ana herself. It’s just a shame that the filmmakers wanted to avoid controversy and thus chose to whistle a safe love song. ()
