While the opening action sequence is shot on a handheld camera running behind a DEA agent like in Saving Private Ryan; logistically and strategically, however, the whole thing is very tragic. The pacing overall is bland and it's only at the end that something really starts to happen that has you clenching your fists and waiting impatiently to see how it all plays out.
