The season's grand finale was almost perfect, except for one big flaw - the departure of Margaret Thatcher (Gillian Anderson) from the series. I already know I'm going to miss her. However, the main focus of the episode on the relationship between Charles and Diana was a welcome one, as it wasn't about romance, but more like a softer version of the War of the Roses.
