And down from the pear tree! I've seen and rated a few series, and yet I once again foolishly fell for it when I believed that the creators had found the right rhythm. The ninth episode was among the less successful ones, the pace was slow, humor was once again spared, and the plot didn't really convince me. (21.09.2019)

While my dad's story didn't interest me at all in previous episodes (so the creators will definitely come back to it), the retrospective with Carol and Barbara was very well done. Unfortunately, it was the only thing that really caught my attention in the episode. Well, actually, the duo Caputo/Figueroa managed to entertain me as usual, they are a sure thing. (21.09.2019)

In the eleventh episode, the creators went beyond the standard of the sixth season, so once again I could add a fourth piece. The plot this time focused mainly on interesting matters, everything ran at a decent pace, and because I was having a good time, I didn't feel like I wasted an hour of my life. (22.09.2019)

The previous episode gave me a more cohesive impression, this time I felt like I was watching more of a mosaic, but in the end, it was not a bad endeavor. Caput's motivational speech did bother me a little, but that's more of my problem. Whenever I hear similar speeches, it brings up unpleasant memories for me. (22.09.2019)

The finale of the sixth season disappointed me quite a bit. I would happily add one star, but it would have to be the thirteenth episode that also serves as the conclusion of the entire series. It would be an excellent ending, but now I'm worried that everything will be dragged out until the very end in the seventh season and that it won't be the happiest. It's a shame that the outcome of Taystee's trial couldn't evoke any emotions in me; otherwise, it couldn't have turned out any other way because it could have led to riots. (22.09.2019)

Honestly, I was expecting a disaster. To my great surprise, I had a good time for the most part, even though it occasionally creaked a little. Too bad that the creators couldn’t avoid playing on emotions as usual. On the other hand, it’s true that even the seventh season managed to offer a very decent drama not lacking in humor. In the first episode of the seventh season, I encountered the same problem as with the previous series - it lacked humor. And that is a problem for me because I know better prison dramas. Additionally, the character Madison Murphy has been getting on my nerves for a while now, on the other hand, I enjoyed watching her face get closer acquainted with the floor. (13.11.2019)

The second part pleasantly surprised me, everything related to the character Artesian McCullough really entertained me, I could finally laugh at the auditions, but while Maritza Ramos returned, I really miss Joe Caputo. Anyway, I was quite satisfied. (13.11.2019)

This time I had to give a full rating of stars because the creators fulfilled several of my wishes. The comical-romantic duo Caputo/Figueroa is back in full force, and Madison Murphy is discovering the beauty of Missouri, so much joy at once :-D The creators managed to include some humor, and a decent drama was provided by the storyline about immigrants, so I was very satisfied. It is interesting that even though Piper Chapman is the main character of the series, every time she is given more space, it negatively affects the episode. At least for me. In the previous episode, I praised it enthusiastically, but this time the creators rather disappointed me, the story of the episode was somewhat uninteresting to me. (13.11.2019)

Compared to the previous part, I added one piece. I enjoyed the Diaz family's adventures more and Aleida's outburst of rage really caught my attention :-D Even the development among the immigrants wasn't bad, so everything was a bit spoiled again only by Piper, who perfectly embraced the role of a complete idiot. I quite enjoyed the plot of the sixth episode, I was not bored by the events in the prison or outside of it, but the most impressive achievement was how much screen time Joe Caputo was given, who became my clear favorite character in the series. Every interaction he has with Natalia Figueroa reliably amuses me. (15.11.2019)

Even if nothing else happened throughout the entire episode (and that was almost the case), Joe Caputo would have managed it all by himself in my opinion. His desperate and futile struggle against the denunciation movement MeToo (SomeoneRodeAgainstMyWill) strongly reminded me of Don Quixote and windmills. (15.11.2019)

Hmmm, so this time it was a weaker piece. The story of the eighth episode was somehow always in the back of my mind, the plot was practically stuck in one place, so the only highlight for me became the hunting trip. I just can't decide whether I was more amused by the female leader or the sheep incident. (15.11.2019)

In the ninth episode, the creators of the series focused on family relationships, and I was surprised that they managed to keep emotional manipulation somewhat under control. For a long time, even Piper entertained me, and as the story of Lorna Muccio gradually unfolds, I can't help but be amazed. A quality episode. (15.11.2019)

I was quite satisfied with the tenth episode. The problems that occurred were not as terrible as in other episodes, and in addition, solid dramatic storylines alternated with humorous passages, so I didn't have to grumble again. Larry's return to the scene really scared me, but fortunately, this time he showed himself in a better light and didn't whine even once. (16.11.2019)

This was a typical example of an episode that under different circumstances I would rate full blast, but it should not repeatedly echo support for denunciation activities. With that, I could easily argue that the cashier in the store looked at me very strangely, and therefore she should be dragged by the press or by horses. Of course, some smart aleck could argue that I am a man and that there is no way to look at me other than strangely, so what??!! I claim that it was sexual harassment, so it must be true! Damn it, how I hate this nonsense... (16.11.2019)

I have to admit that in the final stage, the series really works for me. The creators have once again managed to mix drama with humor excellently. However, I was unpleasantly surprised by the return of Poussey Washington at the end. I thought that this chapter had already been closed. Nevertheless, the drama escalated with Tiffany Doggett, and surprisingly, Caputo did not take care of the humor this time, his cynical partner took on that role. (16.11.2019)

The finale had the length of a feature film, and it was a shame. If the creators had less time, maybe they wouldn't have messed up so much in the pathetic scenes that unnecessarily ruined the impression of the whole episode for me. A well-executed farewell in the closing credits would have been more than enough for me, because, for example, Larry's speech to Piper was just a disaster. Without the unnecessary baggage, it could have been a five-star. (16.11.2019)
