Biografia
Marcel Rasquin studied communications in Caracas, and film and television in Australia. He has worked as a television and tv ad producer, and as a radio talk-show host. He is considered one of the best publicity directors in the Venezuelan industry. His short films have been screened in festivals around the world and have obtained numerous awards.
