In the ‘80s Mauro Negri formed the cabaret group Les Antipop. He then moved to Milan with Maurizio Minestroni in search for better opportunities. With the end of Les Antipop, Mauro Negri started his acting career. In Milan he worked with several theatrical productions at Frigia Theatre, the Teatro Libero, the Teatro Filodrammatici.
