Biografia
Dorota Kędzierzawska (1957) is a Polish screenwriter and director. During her film and theater studies in Moscow and Lodz she won prestigious awards for her short films Agnieszka (1980), The Egg (Jajko, 1982), The Beginning (Początek, 1983), and Gucia (1985). She made her feature debut with The Devils, The Devils (Diabły, diabły, 1991), which found success in Cannes. Her award-winning filmography includes Crows (Wrony, 1994), Nothing (Nic, 1998), I Am (Jestem, 2005), and Time to Die (Pora umierać, 2007).
