Biografia
Lucía Alemany studied Audiovisual Communication and later Directing at the ESCAC (Cinema and Audiovisual School of Catalunya). Her passion for realism taken to the extreme led her to train with non-professional actors and to lean on improvisation as the motor of the conflict. This search gave rise to her first short film, 14 años y un día, shot in her native town, in her mother tongue, and with actresses who play themselves. She has also participated in the production of films such as El olivo (The Olive Tree, Icíar Bollaín, 2016) and En tu cabeza (In Your Head, Daniel Sánchez Arévalo, Borja Cobeaga, Kike Maíllo, Alberto Ruiz Rojo, 2016). La inocencia (The Innocence) is her first feature film.
