John Clang received his MA Fine Arts from LaSalle College of the Arts in partnership with Goldsmiths, University of London in 2015. He is a visual artist working in photography and film. Clang has a fascination with time, displacement and existence. His work has been exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide and in 2010 he became the first photographer to receive the Designer of the Year award in Singapore. Their Remaining Journey (2018), world premiere at IFFR, is his debut film.
