Celia de Molina

Actress and screenwriter, she is a member of the Board of Directors of CIMA and an academic of the Spanish Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences. Her writing focuses on the investigation of socially created models from a gender perspective. Her feature film No es universal, in which she analyses universal concepts from an ironic and feminist point of view, was selected for the Film Academy Residencies (2020-2021). In 2022 she founded Towanda Pictures, her production company with director Jota Linares. She works as a scriptwriter on series projects for international platforms with the production companies El Terrat, Áralan and Morena Films and has a section on the radio programme Gente despierta on RNE entitled De nosotras where she analyses films and series from a gender perspective.
