Biografia

Peder Hamdahl Næss is a versatile, dedicated storyteller, with substantial experience as a writer, director and producer for film, TV and theatre. He made his acting debut aged 12, at Oslo New Theatre  (Hakkebakkeskogen and Det Lykkelige Valg), and in the Amanda-winning film On the Threshold. His passion for theatre is still evident in the plays he instructs at The Norwegian Micro theatre, which he co-owns.

Following his graduation from The London Film School in 1997, Peder worked as a storyliner for SVT Drama (Second Avenue) and TV drama development producer at Nordisk Film. At TV2 Peder held various positions, project leader, storyliner and development producer, chiefly for continuing serial Hotel Cæsar.

Peder co-wrote two Olsenbanden Jr. films, and after directing a staggering 69 episodes on Hotel Cæsar, Peder has made his feature film director debut with Little Grey Fergie – Country Fun.
