Boris Jankovec

Aestheticist, cinematographer and director Boris Jankovec (1979) regularly studies the work of Jan Patočka, especially his philosophy of art. He is to co-author of the film Hauser and Žižek: Theorists of Postmarxistic Philosophy (dir. Helena Všetečková, whosn at the 2008 Jihlava IDFF) and has also contributed to the semi-documentary film The Interposed (dir. Ondřej Vavřečka, shown at the 2014 Jihlava IDFF).
