Wreck-It Ralph has a really imaginative premise and is wrapped in appealing visuals that are certainly not lacking in imagination. The film features a large number of characters, each of which is different and has something to offer. As far as the script is concerned, this is not your typical slick fairy tale, as evidenced by the vocabulary of little Vanellope, for example. In short, it's a nice animated diversion for a free afternoon, which doesn't lack action, wit, or a few words of life wisdom - what more could you ask for.

A solid biopic about a man who was not afraid to take risks and push the limits of his abilities to achieve the almost impossible, thus fulfilling a long-held dream. The film has plenty of breathtaking and spacey scenes, making it an unforgettable experience in a 3D cinema screening. The cast was likable (especially Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Charlotte Le Bon), the script was laced with a bit of with and humor, and the plot so I never got bored. In short, a film that's definitely worth watching in the cinema just for the feeling of being high and free in the clouds.

Compared to the second one, Kung Fu Panda 3 is funnier, more action-packed and not so flat in terms of story. Again, there is a charismatic villain who goes hard for his own. There are also other pandas on the scene, and they provided the biggest portion of entertainment in the film, so I give them a thumbs up. Once again, they couldn't avoid a few silly scenes, but even so, this threequel stays above average. In short, it's probably the most visually impressive part of the panda trilogy, and you relax despite all the action.

Of all the Kung Fu Panda episodes (so far), the second one is the weakest, but it is still not a below average animated film. I liked the look of the main villain in the form of a white peacock, which really had something to it. Most of the funny scenes were mainly taken care of by Po's clumsiness, obesity and greed. All in all, a nice respite that, while not as funny as either first or the third one, still doesn't offend.

Inside Out is definitely one of the most original animated films of recent times - there are very few films with such an idea and execution. I liked the portrayal and behaviour of the individual emotions, each of which had something to it. In fact, the entire content of (not only) Riley's head was thought out with the greatest amount of imagination, from long-term memory, to imagery, to forgetting. The film managed to evoke both "joy" and "sadness" in me during those ninety minutes, which just goes to show that there is no sadness in life without joy, and vice versa. After all, the remaining emotions (Fear, Anger and Disgust) are part and parcel of each of us and it is important to keep them in balance. The funniest scenes were the dream factory, the insight into other people's heads, and the recurring Triple Dent commercial, while the line with Bing Bong managed to really move and rode a rather sadder wave. All in all, this is a very well done piece of animation and storytelling that rightfully deserves both thumbs up, while managing to appeal to audiences of all ages.

An enjoyable hour-long stroll through the Hundred Acre Wood, were we meet old familiar characters trying to find both Eyeore’s tail and Christopher Robin, who is supposed to be in the clutches of an unknown "monster". I really liked the interaction between the characters (especially Pooh) and the narrator with the book, which was quite imaginative. I've never really been a fan of these characters, but this was such an innocent outlet that also included some nice songs. In short, an animated that will be appreciated most by the youngest audience, but adults won't be bored with it either.

A pleasant and easygoing movie from the 1980s that mixes crime with comedy and a touch of romance, all dominated by Hooch, a massive Dogue de Bordeaux who destroys and drools on everything around it. The cast was likable and the plot moved along nicely. All in all, an average film suitable for a free afternoon that is perfect for the whole family, as there is something for every member.

I came across this Asian fantasy film by complete accident and I have to say it wasn't that bad at all. I'll probably never get used to the typically Asian way of acting, which is a bit too affected at times, but so be it. As far as the technical workmanship goes, it was watchable despite the visual effects being weaker in places – I've certainly seen worse. What irritated me the most was the henchman who was slowly becoming a demon, otherwise I didn't mind any of the actors in any significant way (aside from the sometimes unnatural acting). A fantasy piece from a slightly different part of the world than we are used to, but all the more reason to recommend it for viewing.

An animated short that is in many ways similar to Fresh Guacamole, which is three years younger and has the same creator. I liked the idea itself, where a perfectly simple dish is prepared from different looking "ingredients".

An imaginatively conceived animated short in which guacamole is prepared from truly unusual ingredients. I liked the transitions between the ingredients (e.g. the dice ball).
