"Ghoulies IV" is a classic product of cheap filmmaking, aiming to find someone who would want to watch these B-movies. And I think there are people who will. Personally, it didn't offend me so much, and I even found it quite amusing at times. In my opinion, it fulfilled its basic goal, that it is a low-quality film is clear from the beginning. However, I would definitely not consider it absolute garbage.
