Jag rodnar

A satire about the film world, a study of a successful artist in the crisis of middle-age, and a story of welfare-state Sweden in collision with an under-developed country. Vilgot Sjöman returns to the technique he developed in "I am Curious". A middle-aged film director travels to the Philippines to film Joseph Conrad´s "Victory", with his former mistress, a proficient actress, in the main part. Though their film comes to nothing, Sjöman´s film is an account of the cultural shock they both experience in their encounter with this new country. Who does the blushing? Maybe the director?
