The Flying Classroom

A troubled 12-year-old Jonathan gets sent to a religious boarding school with a prestigious choir. He soon makes friends with a group of classmates and falls in love with a thief, Mona, who's part of a rival group. After a fight, the kids are punished by having to create a special performance. They decide to perform a play they chance upon called The Flying Classroom. Without knowing who the author is and what significance the work has to their teacher Justus, they put it to new music and rap lyrics. This, however, causes a chain of events that unexpectedly teaches them the value of friendship and courage, and enables them to do a good deed. (Zlín Film Festival)
