The picture is based on a famous fairy tale written by Bozena Nemcova. Lucifer sends a dull devil named Kokes to the world to take a sinful princess to Hell. By mistake Kokes brings an energetic villager named Kaca who turns Hell upside down. Kokes has to take her back to earth where a lad named Jira takes care of her. The princess deservedly ends up in Hell. (jakelijan virallinen teksti)

englanti This somewhat archaic film is now mainly for movie enthusiasts and nostalgia buffs. It is based on the artwork of Josef Lada. It's too long for the very young and too childish for older children. The technical quality has also become problematic after so many years. The spoken word tends to be more distracting than engaging, and the animation reflects its era. However, the artistic aspect is still remarkable, especially the "hell" segment. The bureaucratically portrayed hell, full of lists and documents, reminded me of certain departments at my company :). Overall impression: 45%. ()

englanti Let's face it, if it wasn't for Lady's drawings and the famous voice actors, this fairytale would probably go unnoticed. It is a fairly traditional adaptation, which shows that Lady's drawing may not be the most suitable for animation. In terms of animation, the film is rather disappointing than truly captivating, although some scenes can create the right, even eerie atmosphere, but only for a short while. And why does Káča have to be drawn differently? The desired effect didn't come out of it. ()
