The picture is based on a famous fairy tale written by Bozena Nemcova. Lucifer sends a dull devil named Kokes to the world to take a sinful princess to Hell. By mistake Kokes brings an energetic villager named Kaca who turns Hell upside down. Kokes has to take her back to earth where a lad named Jira takes care of her. The princess deservedly ends up in Hell. (jakelijan virallinen teksti)

englanti Today, an already somewhat archaic film for movie fans and memories. It is based on the artistic work of Josef Lady. For the youngest, it is too long and for the older ones, it's too childish. The technical quality is also problematic after so many years. The spoken word is rather disturbing, the animation corresponds to the time, but the artistic aspect is still remarkable, especially the "hell" part. The bureaucratically conceived hell full of lists and documents reminded me of some departments in our company :). Overall impression 45%. ()

englanti Let's face it, if it wasn't for Lady's drawings and the famous voice actors, this fairytale would probably go unnoticed. It is a fairly traditional adaptation, which shows that Lady's drawing may not be the most suitable for animation. In terms of animation, the film is rather disappointing than truly captivating, although some scenes can create the right, even eerie atmosphere, but only for a short while. And why does Káča have to be drawn differently? The desired effect didn't come out of it. ()
