My Little Pony: Equestria Girls: Friendship Games

The third My Little Pony movie, much like the first one, did not completely engross me. The characters were great as always, I liked the story, and I found the Twilight x Sunset confrontation really interesting. Unfortunately, I was not fond of the songs very much, and like the FilmBooster reviewer MorningStar, I actually only liked one of them too (for me, it was the one Twilight sings when she goes to the director). I also was not too keen on some of the moments which made absolutely no sense at all, like the motorcycle race where strange things start happening to anyone normal. Everyone sees it, even though the reaction is practically non-existent. The resolution is not very normal and only follows at the end of the race (sorry for the rather skeletal description. However, I did not want to add a spoiler). So even if it is not perfect, I still cannot say I did not like it. I enjoyed this movie, so I am again awarding it 8/10. (01.12.2015)
