The Barren Garden

Esthela, Martha and María return to a home full of memories after the suicide of Esthela’s husband, but she barely recognizes where she is and has no idea of how much time has gone by. The garden is dry and full of weeds, much like Esthela’s deteriorating brain, suffering from Alzheimer. (Monterrey International Film Festival)
