Marco is the assistant coach in Spain’s top basketball league. His bad attitude towards life causes endless problems for him. One day, his frustrations lead to a brawl with the head coach, and he gets drunk and crashes his car, winding up in court. He loses his job and his girlfriend, and is sentenced to coach a team of intellectually disabled players with a lust for life and an understanding of the things that truly matter. A solid sports comedy. Javier Gutiérrez wrecks his life in one day, he loses his job, his driver's license, and is threatened with jail time. He gladly accepts the offer to coach basketball for the mentally handicapped, but he's going to have a hot time because he's a stubborn, explosive choleric and his patience runs out very quickly. The line-up of the handicapped was really good, though to base the humour on someone else's misfortune was a bit brave of the Spaniards, but it works. A very likeable film that entertains, moves and solidly tickles the diaphragm a few times. I had fun. 75%
