The Tuccis are back. After returning to their little village, believing that they had lost their lottery fortune, they realize that their son had hidden the money in investments. Now filthy rich once more, they soon fall into their old habits. But the craziness doesn't stop there. Taking advantage of a legal loophole, the Tuccis claim their village to be independent from Italy and enact a tax-free micro-state. Soon, everyone is trying to get in on this tax haven.
