The Body Tree

The Body Tree boasts an interesting location and it has a few rituals, but it's all just set pieces that aren't used properly. The film is more than anything else a boring sequence of scenes where individual characters die in succession and it's not clear - or shouldn't be clear - who the killer is. And if you don't care when you’re watching it, you won't care at the end. (13.07.2018)
