Through a series of mistaken identities, Buster winds up with a load of furniture in the middle of parade of policemen. An anarchist's bomb lands in his carriage. Other than the spectacular chase with the festive police parade, this slapstick offers at least one moment that leaves me with a smile (the catching of a moving car), one excellent stunt (the ladder) and one actually simple joke that will make me laugh even in my grave (the dog bite).
