Kalliovuorilla sijaitsevan Kehoen hiihtokeskuksen poliisit ovat saaneet viettää melko toimetonta elämää mutta tilanne muuttuu, kun paikallisen lumiaurakuskin Nels Coxmanin (Liam Neeson) poika murhataan. Murhan taustalla on mahtaileva huumeparoni Viking (Tom Bateman). Raivon valtaamana Nels ryhtyy tuhoamaan kartellia mies kerrallaan. Ruumisluvun kasvaessa Nels aiheuttaa tietämättään reviirisodan Vikingin ja hänen pitkäaikaisimman kilpailijansa, White Bull -nimisen mafiapomon (Tom Jackson) kanssa.
