The darkest hour is just before the dawn. For a parent, what is darker than the loss of a child? Neal has it all: the foreign cars, the Palo Alto mansion, a stunning wife, and on top of it all, he's the father to two beautiful girls. Pointing a mirror directly at our modern culture, director Saila Kariat's poignant and haunting The Valley addresses pressing issues about our humanity, through the story of the love of a father as he tries to search for whose hands are dirtied by the blood of his daughter.
