After the first season, I'm not entirely sure if the comedy/drama combination was the right move in this case. I would have probably liked the story better if it had been purely a comedy. If the fate of the protagonist had been treated as a full-blown drama, it could have been great, too, so I felt that the result was somehow half-baked. The potential was there, the humor worked for me, but every time I started enjoying a more depressing atmosphere, things took a turn. Anyway, it was still definitely above average.
