Viola and her husband Nicola are going through a rough patch in their marriage after their baby was born stillborn. Nicola suggests a romantic weekend away at his uncle's cabin in remote woodland as a means for the couple to reconnect, but things take a turn for the worse when jealousy, violence and madness are unleashed. What was supposed to be a quiet trip will suddenly slip into a deadly nightmare. (Accent Film Entertainment)

From Italy, they are once again starting to produce quite interesting horror stuff. This is one of them. English-speaking actors are an advantage again, but in this case, the story can also be intriguing, as it becomes quite an exploitation, and I still couldn't decide whether the final twist serves the purpose or not. Well, it wasn't bad at all, although quite straightforward. The gore tricks were well done, and it reminded me of the old school at times, which I liked.
