Upside Down Home

Gerardo, Omar, and Santos are teenagers living in a workingclass community in Tijuana. In addition to their friendship, they share an emptiness at home: their mothers are away all day working in factories. Each of the teens copes with monotony, loneliness, and the desire to be noticed. This is a story about reality and the hopes of youth in a context of difficulties and scarcity, a place where dreams have unexpected endings. (Morelia International Film Festival)
