Sherilyn Fenn may have aged a bit, but my favorite, James Remar, is in good form and presents exactly the kind of character I expected from him within the plot. Unnatural has a great villain and a great finale, or rather a way to get rid of the evil animal. There's also a bit of social criticism thrown in, and for me, it's a decent average.
