Just like the previous episode, the ninth episode was not bad. Captain Burnes' transformation continued, Nygma became a part of the mayor's portrait (cool), but this time I was mostly entertained by Ivy Pepper, who, among other abilities, has a tremendous talent for business. Chelsea Spack clearly got the ungrateful role of Corporal 13 in the series.
