Awakening from an alcohol induced black out, Teddy discovers he has severely beaten his wife, Molly. As he seeks her forgiveness, she struggles with a possible future together. Well-made film, that must be admitted. Only the slow pace is simply exhausting me. There is so much of it currently, that one becomes overwhelmed. However, the characters here work well and the violence that is presented here is quite surprising at first. It works, which is good, but even good characters won't save the overall impression, which is currently unoriginal.
