Lords of London

A London mafia wakes up in Italy and is covered in blood. This is a great premise - I mean waking up somewhere you shouldn't be - but the question is whether the authors will be able to meet expectations. Because in this case, the viewer wants something interesting, inventive. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. The pseudo-mafia beginnings in Italy, in the style of "The Godfather Part II," are incredibly weak, even with the constant presence of English. Despite the initial idea, the film is merely an example that a good screenplay is needed overall, not just one decent idea and then big aspirations. (15.04.2014)
