German Unity @ Balaton

This documentary reconstruction of Lake Balaton of the 1960s-1980s as the only place for the free meeting of German tourists from East and West employs the found footage technique. The atmosphere of the place in that specific time is illustrated by home videos and personal photographs of witnesses who revive their nostalgic memories of Hungarian hospitality in front of the camera.
