In an attempt to sign a Hollywood starlet, a struggling agent for child actors and former child star himself, Howard must contend with her volatile father, a scheming long-time rival, and a producer and casting director who despise him. TRUST ME tells the sharp, comic story of Howard Holloway, a down-on-his luck agent for child actors and truly one the last good guys left in Hollywood. After discovering a 13-year-old acting prodigy, Lydia, he is poised to close the deal of a lifetime which would catapult his tween client and, at long last, himself, into the big time. With the support of his gorgeous new neighbor Marcy, he must wrangle the actress' volatile, overprotective father, dodge a scheming producer, Agnes, and outwit his uber-slick nemesis Aldo. As he arrives on the brink of the Hollywood dream that's eluded him for a lifetime, he begins to sense that his innocent young starlet may not be quite what she seems. (Cinemax)

englanti Clark Gregg demonstrates that he is not only an interesting actor, but also excels at writing scripts and directing. His "Trust Me" is not a big film, but thanks to the fact that the attention is basically focused only on his character and he plays it quite tolerably. The story is not bad, on the contrary, it has a quite interesting finale, although it is quite predictable. A small, good film. ()
