Ten-year-old Manusha loves her Grandma Ilonka. When the latter passes away inexplicable happenings start to occur. The youngster's ferret disappears and then her parents are both judged surplus to requirements at work. Is the family cursed? Together with sidekick Zdenko, Manusha decides to investigate.
