Duke is a crooked and music-mad police officer. Frankly, he's a really bad cop. He deals recreational drugs and loves to bully the citizens of Los Angeles. Among Duke's partners in the department are a sexually abusive policeman, an extortionist blonde, a family guy with a dubious past, and a one-eyed extremist who dreams of becoming a techno musician. Wrong Cops' weariness is most aptly described by one of the characters – a one-eyed black cop who has a bulge the size of an eyeball above his eye patch and annoys his entire neighborhood with some cool electronic beats he's been composing for two months, not to mention everyone explaining to him what crap it is. If that description doesn't impress, then for God's sake don't even try this.

It is very peculiar that nobody on this site mentioned that Marilyn Manson played the most normal character in this movie. It means there is something seriously wrong with it.
