In the mid-1980s, as drug profits grew, gangs ruled the streets of Chicago. Led by mastermind Jeff Fort, the dangerous, power-hungry El Rukn street gang attempted to conspire with Libya to perform acts of domestic terrorism for money. However, a member of the gang agreed to cooperate with law enforcement as part of a plea bargain and authorities finally had a chance to bring down the organization. (Prime Video)
