Germania

Germania, Maximiliano Schonfeld’s first feature film, describes a day in life of two adolescent brothers, Lucas and Brenda, in a small German settler village located in Entre Ríos, an Argentinian province. They are preparing to abandon the farm where they live together with their mother. Before moving, they make an attempt to sell the farm but rumours among villagers of a curse on the family due to their father’s death, prevent them from achieving their final goals. (Fresh Film Fest)
