englanti Frič was one of the great stars of our film industry, and it was not difficult for him to engage the most popular and best actors of his time. Although the screenplay is decent (at least from the perspective of current Czech production), what sets Strictly Secret Premieres apart is precisely the cast and the performances delivered by the actors. For Sovák and Bohdalová + the final idea with the tank, I have to give four stars. Overall impression is 70%. ()

englanti It may not be the hard life of an adventurer, but at times Strictly Secret Premieres can be reminiscent of Mac Frič's more interesting and better films. Frič did not have it easy after The Poacher's Foster Daughter or Noble Millionaire and his work in the 1950s and 1960s was a real roller coaster ride. In any case, it is not clear to me what Bohdalová combined with Sovák did to charm him. From a different point of view, what is truly remarkable about the Strictly Secret Premieres is how generous and varied the costumes were. ()

englanti I would have liked it if Jiří Sovak's character had rebelled even more, had no idea what his ideas were for from the start, and was a master criminal mind unknowingly, at least for a while. Despite this reservation, however, Strictly Secret Premieres is more than a good, perfectly directed comedy with a reliable cast (Čestmír Řanda is incredibly good). If the Coen brothers wanted to remake one of our films, it would probably be this one. ()
