So what? Here and there, there's a decent action scene, Kristanna Loken is here, still worth more than a glance, and then there's an atmosphere that can be quite bearable. It has a bit of a B-movie vibe, where you're not sure if the film takes itself seriously or not. I'll at least give it 40%.
