The film Tales That Witness Madness doesn't bring to the table any particularly significant horror stories that would be worth remembering more, but still, there are some ideas here that are quite well executed. Especially the short story Mel is excellent in its conception and bizarreness. For this reason, Tales That Witness Madness has reached a fairly decent average, with an interesting cast including Donald Pleasence, Kim Novak, and Joan Collins.
