That girl didn’t really have it easy in life. But she handled it with a child-like ease and that’s admirable. This was a very nice, pleasant, independent movie set in modern-day America that perfectly fits into the typical American wave of dramas that can get pretty rough at times. And Perla Haney-Jardine played her part perfectly. I’d even like to see her in more movies in the future.
