A horrible fiend is on the loose under the streets of venice. He pulls beautiful girls down into murky canals that catacomb the sewer of the ancient Italian city. He kills and "stuffs" them, then adds them to his grisly collection of mock-classic human statues that adorn the walls of his underground air. (jakelijan virallinen teksti)

A failed attempt at a variation on “The Phantom of the Opera”, with Venice replacing the role of the opera. The only things worth mentioning are the unintentionally ridiculous "rolling" finale and the unusually unlikeable chubby amateur actress in the female lead.
