englanti An unbalanced parody of another of the phenomena that were no longer popular after the war. After the dime-store novel and the Western, now it was time for a detective novel, the fictional novel "The Phantom of Morrisville" by James Harrison. Later it would be time for thrillers, sci-fi and other... The subject matter is brilliant and it attacks mainly foreign titles, and audiences can comfortably indulge in a humorous condemnation of the gothic or bloody novel. Unfortunately, the stylistically-pure concept is disturbed by the recent enthusiasm for Lemonade Joe and it is therefore necessary to endure the musical performances of Walda Matuška, the former pop star, and Květa Fialová, who would perhaps like to be different and better again. englanti I was glad to be reminded of this parody parade full of great actors and great and beautiful actresses (the amazing Květa Fialová!), which does not reach the quality of Lemonade Joe, but is still very easy to like. Four and a bit. ()

englanti This film is at times so absurd and outrageous that you simply won't be able to help but laugh at the characters, the way the plot unfolds, and how beautifully insane it all is. It has something of Lemonade Joe, something from comedies like Who Wants to Kill Jessie? and on top of that, it has quite good music, although it stands out mainly because of Waldo's voice. I had fun. Nový and Marvan are great, while Olmer was a pleasant surprise. ()
