Ujo yksineläjä Tony (Peter Ferdinando) viettää eristäytynyttä elämää pienessä asunnossaan. Päivisin hän kuljeksii työläiskaupunginosan ankeilla kaduilla, öisin mies viihtyy halpojen toimintafilmien parissa.
