Jay agrees to sub in on Cam’s bowling team for the finals but Cam was not fully upfront about it being an all gay league, which puts Jay in a precarious position. Phil and Claire have a surprisingly good time with unlikely dinner companions, their neighbors Ronnie and Amber, and Gloria and Mitch agree to go clubbing with Haley to prove they’re still young and fun but they didn’t anticipate the pre-party portion of the night. I can't help it, but I somehow can't stand those Dunphy neighbors, they don't fit into the show at all, and I constantly feel that Claire and Phil would be funnier on their own. Anyway, I had a great time watching the episode, Jay was in top form again and the trio of party animals was also great. 4*+ // "RJ is flying to New York, I think I will cry more than when we found out I was pregnant."
