Love Story 2050

Love Story 2050 has it all. It's an original sci-fi, original romance, and above all, it's full of its own identity, because that's really the only way to look at reincarnation in India. I'm still enchanted by their approach, which is absolutely the perfect intersection between classic Hollywood and today's attractions. In this way, within one film, we can have an hour-long urban romance in Australia and two hours in the future in 2050 Mumbai. It holds together better than a Westerner could hope because it is all imbued with symbolism, hope, and faith in destiny. Above all, Priyanka is once again dazzlingly beautiful, playing two different yet identical characters in two timed storylines and those modern red hairstyles give her a new spice. Harman Baweja surprises with his acting register, which he reprised again alongside Priyanka in What's Your Raashee?, but sadly he is no longer filming today. Boman Irani is already classic, and I can't wait for the next adventure that will be at least partly as good as Love Story 2050. (14.01.2014)
