Although committed to carrying out his twisted brand of vigilante justice, Dexter begins to doubt his murderous capabilities and continues to be haunted by his tortured past. His difficulties multiply when evidence of his deadly after-hours activities begin to surface and the FBI is brought in to investigate the city's new serial killer dubbed the "Bay Harbour Butcher". Even the second season failed to disappoint me. Yet again, the main storyline revolved around the search for a serial killer, affecting Dexter's life even more than the last time. Again, I have to highlight the well-written script, which did not force the creators to improvise unnecessarily, and even though they didn’t manage to avoid a few minor and major goofs, the season made a great impression on me as a whole.
