englanti The Touch is a very interesting movie. If you want to think about it, you’ll face many life questions that the movie hints about asking, but doesn’t truly answer any of them directly. Maybe that’s also because it can’t answer them. The only possible answer is time that the main character portrayed by Max von Sydow keeps pondering over, just like his trying life. I can’t say that the movie is downright bad. But Max von Sydow played the uncharismatic and perfectionist character so well that it was hard to get closer to him. I spent the entire first hour thinking why I’ve been watching such a grumpy person all this time. But then that perfectionism passed and, in the end, he showcased an incredible musical finish; that’s when I understood how exactly Max got this role. And I must say – hats off! It’s just a shame that the execution was weak and somewhat boring. But the musical finish was thrilling. ()
